As an Integrative Nutritionist, I offer customised Health Coaching and group coaching tailored specifically to clients who are in the Perimenopause or Post Menopause stage of life. I create an holistic plan that is guided by the latest research in Women's Health, and an environment where you can feel fully supported and held.

 

This all-encompassing approach fosters lasting change, where we rely on simple strategies that are proven to work.  In a world where there is so much conflicting information around constitutes a 'healthy lifestyle', we cut through all of that and produce a plan that works and delivers tangible results.

We are all designed to feel energised and connected to our bodies, but without understanding why our bodies (and minds) are changing during this phase of life, it is hard to know where to start.  After your first consult, you will leave with a clear understanding of what approach to take for your own personal health requirements, and feel empowered with your next steps.

PILATES COACHING

For over 21 years, I've helped my clients discover the transformative power of Reformer and Mat Pilates.

I specialise in building strong foundational strength for women in Perimenopause and Post Menopause, as well as a big focus on mobility.

I am a strong advocate for strength and resistance training, during this phase of life especially.  I see my Pilates sessions as a way of ensuring each client can do their weekly gym/weights classes in a sustainable way, without injury as they have built their core foundations with my instruction and education.
